Description de l'emploi :

For one of my end customer we are looking for a Project manager with expertise in Service Desk for a separation project.

  • Project follow-up on behalf of the separated company for a clone & clean of the previous group’s Help Desk
  • Manage relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and third-party vendors. Communicate project progress and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Lead the clone & clean implementation of the separated company’s ITSM. This includes the functional organization of the new Service Desk.
  • Ensure that the new help desk :
  • Maintain operational continuity has all the information, KB, procedures to deliver the service to the end users.
  • Is able to categorize, classified and assign all the tickets to the adequate support groups.
  • Delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
  • Suggest improvements.

Dans ce rôle vous :

  • Acting as the representative of the Owner and leading the project team.
  • Organizing and coordinating project resources, including teams from the group and the supplier in charge.
  • In collaboration with the group and external service provider, audit all the procedures, processes that must be used by the separated company.
  • Identify datas/information related to the separated company that must be migrated.
  • Following up on the progress of subprojects and coordinating their actions.
  • Weekly one page to provide status and update project risks.
  • Ensuring the success of the project by respecting budget, planning, quality, and other factors.
  • Drive with the Delivery Lead the progress of the project.
  • Suggest simplification of what is not useful for the separated company and improve what is missing.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Product owners, project managers, Service Delivery Manager, to insure correct and timely information sharing.
