Quality Assurance Lead Salesforce

The QA Lead will be working on Salesforce projects and maintenance activities, working with teams with Senior professionals on IT background but where Quality Assurance guidelines & guidance is still under development. Capacity to keep an agile mindset while keeping the quality of every release.

Good understanding of Salesforce, with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
Expertise in agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to fast-paced development processes.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role in a software development environment.
Solid experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Salesforce Associate Certification Desirable.

Le candidat idéal

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
Which activities you will do on the day-to-day: Work with project managers/product managers to ensure testing activities are included in project timelines and budgets.
Support teams with the assessment of the workload needed for IT testing.
Define Test Strategy for each release according to its complexity.
Coordination of IT testing: QA and NRT Activities performed by IT, for all Projects included into a release
Follow up with the teams to identify the needed test scripts.
Test Plan and test execution preparation. Split test executions by team members Support Functionals by Executing some test scripts.
Identify and manage testing risks and issues. Prepare Reports on Testing activities, including progress on Test Executions and bugs found on test environments.
Report on bugs found in PROD and analysis.
Review and Identify Test Scripts.
Collaborate to identify improvement areas to increase quality.
