We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our team and collaborate on multiple projects in the Health, Services, Finance, Insurance and Telecom sectors, among others.

El candidato ideal

Experience with Java Backend development (Java >= 8).
8+ years experience.
Experience in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL).
Experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
Experience in JPA and Hibernate.
Knowledge in Application architecture (MicroServices based architecture, hexagonal…).
Experience with CI/CD.
English proficiency should be at least B2 level.
Role model mindset, experience in coaching junior team members, and used to do technical support of team members.
Experience with Java Frontend (Angular or any other UI framework).
AWS or other cloud platform.
Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
Passion for learning and growing as a developer.
Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies.
Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness and curiosity to learn.

Informaciones complementarias

Location: Portugal.
Working Model: Hibrid (Lisbon, Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Aveiro).
